The site is part of The Plaza Tower complex within East Kilbride Town Centre. There is easy access to the centre from bus and train stations. On-site parking is available but it is fee paying.
The site has vending machines and kitchen facilities, although there are hot and cold food outlets located nearby. Staff can use the gym facilities in nearby Centre 1 if they are members of the sports and social club. .
The centre takes part in a number of annual charity events.
