Situated on a business park just off the M8 motorway, Bathgate Contact Centre is only 11 miles away from South Gyle Business Park and South Gyle Shopping Centre. Livingston Designer Outlet is even closer and there is a supermarket in nearby Bathgate.
The office is easily accessible via the motorway and local roads, with free on-site parking. There is a bus stop in the car park area, and the bus route links to the centre of Bathgate. There is no rail link as yet, but a new railway station is currently under construction that will link the Bathgate and Airdrie lines – this is due for completion in 2010.
There is a fully refurbished on-site canteen that includes a coffee shop. There are also kitchen areas in all zones within the centre. An on-site gym is available for staff, as well as various fitness classes and a football team. The centre’s staff have an active social committee which is involved in raising money for charities.
An on-site crèche is also available for use. Both the gym and the crèche are privately owned.
