Details

These two booklets contain guidance on the complexities and options available for shared parental leave. The booklets are also aimed at supporting your managers through the process.

We have developed two booklets:

  • one for employees having a baby
  • one for employees adopting a child, including surrogacy arrangements

Although these booklets mirror each other in many ways, there are some differences depending on your circumstances.
