This Trade Specialised Committee monitors the implementation and functioning of the Services, Investment and Digital Trade Titles in the Trade and Cooperation Agreement.
The Trade Specialised Committee on Services, Investment and Digital is a joint forum between the UK and the EU. This Committee oversees the majority of the provisions agreed between the UK and EU in the Services and Investment title (Title II) and the Digital Trade title (Title III) of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement.
