Choice in end of life care: independent review

The review of choice in end of life care will advise the government on how to expand choice to improve end of life care for adults.

The review will be undertaken by an independently-led Programme Board chaired by Claire Henry, Chief Executive of the National Council for Palliative Care (NCPC) which is the umbrella charity for all those involved in palliative, end of life and hospice care in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The Programme Board has also launched a public consultation exercise, hosted by the NCPC, to get a wide range of views on all aspects of choice in end of life care and support.
