The Executive Committee (ExCom) is the executive decision making body for HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
The Committee oversees the breadth of HMRC's work and is responsible for taking forward performance improvement and change agendas.
Meetings are held twice a month at 100 Parliament Street, London, SW1A 2BQ.
