HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) doesn't receive funding from the European Union.
Following the creation of United Kingdom Border Agency (UKBA), HMRC transferred to the new agency its' detection staff at the border, associated intelligence staff, policy staff and all other resources and budgets that support the transferring functions agreed by Ministers.
In total HMRC transferred in the order of £300m. Approximately £260m was to support transferring functions and £40m was to enable the UKBA to procure a number of shared services from HMRC to maintain business continuity.
