The Freedom of Information (FOI) Act requires all public authorities to produce a Publication Scheme that specifies the classes of information which the public authority publishes or intends to publish.
The Information Commissioner issued guidance on new model publication schemes which HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) has adopted.

Paper copies: Most of our leaflets and many of our booklets are available free of charge. Where there is charge, or where we are aware other suppliers charge, (for example OPSI) we show the charge against the publication.
