2006-07 P11D(b) Interim penalties for outstanding Returns

This is to give advance notice of our intention to issue penalties in respect of outstanding 2006-07 P11D(b) returns on Monday 12 November 2007. If you did not send your Expenses and Benefits return (P11D(b) to reach us by 19 July 2007 you will be charged a penalty. If you receive a penalty notice that you think is incorrect you should contact the Employer Helpline whose telephone number is on the notice.
