How to contact the Employer Orderline and when we are open

The Employer Orderline is open all year, Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and 10am to 1pm on Saturdays (except Christmas & New Year Bank Holidays). To avoid unnecessary delay you may want to avoid our busiest times: these are normally between 10am and 12 noon on Mondays and at the start of the tax year (6th April).

Ordering by Internet

Decide what items you need, then complete the order form and click on the Order button at the bottom of the form.

Once you have placed your order:

  • You will be given an order number, which you should note in case you need to contact us.
  • Your order should arrive within 5-7 working days.

If the item you need is not listed, please contact your HMRC Office.

To place your order please complete the on-line order form.

If your order doesn't arrive within 7 working days, or you have an Orderline query, please email the orderline (please note that this link should NOT be used to submit orders) quoting your order number, or call the Orderline on 0845 7 646 646.

We will quickly resolve most problems, but if you are not happy ask to speak to the Customer Service Department.
