6.1 Employer Annual Return filing deadlines

All Employer Annual Returns must be filed by 19 May following the year to which the Return applies.

If you have 50 or more employees, you must file your Employer Annual Return online.

If you have fewer than 50 employees, you do not have to start filing online until at least 19 May 2010. But you will get tax-free payments from us if you file online before then.
