Filing in-year PAYE forms online

13.2 New quality checks from April 2008

From 6 April 2008, we will be bringing in new quality checks for online in-year forms P45(1), P45(3) and P46. These are similar to the quality checks you already use for your Employer Annual Returns.

Any submissions that do not meet these quality checks will be returned to be put right. That could mean that it takes longer before your employees are paying the right amount of tax.

Check with your payroll software provider that the payroll software you use from next April is upgraded to include the new quality checks.
