PDF format

Most of the content, except for the calculators and the facility to fill in forms on screen, is also available in Portable Document Format (PDF). To view a PDF file you need to use a PDF file viewer such as Adobe Reader. If you require this material in large print or Braille please contact your local HMRC office, or enquiry centre; for paper material contact your ordering service.

Compressed file format

The Employer CD-ROM PDF file and all its associated documents are also available to download as compressed files. This option allows you to save the files onto your hard drive. However, due to the overall file size it is not recommended that you choose this option unless you are using a broadband connection.
