Employer’s Annual Return Reminders

Your Employer’s Annual Return for 2005-06 is due by 19 May 2006.

We are sending a paper form P35 if:

• you did not file online for 2004-05 or
• your P35 was filed online by an agent for whom you have not authorised us to send communications on your behalf

We are sending an online reminder if:

• you filed online over the Internet for 2004-05
• your 2004-05 P35 was filed online by an agent for whom you have completed an FBI2 or Online Agent authorisation, giving us the authority to send information to him or her online.

If we send you a paper P35, disregard it if you are going to file online. Do not file your P35 online as well as sending it to us on paper. If you have fewer than 50 employees, you will not qualify for the £250 online filing tax-free payment if we process the paper Return first.
