2009-10 Payslip Booklets

The 2009-10 Employer Payslip Booklets (P30BC), or P30B (letter) if you already pay electronically, should have been posted in time for you to make your first payment for 2009-10. If you have not received your Payslip Booklet please let us know by telephoning 08453 667 816 and we will send you a duplicate.

Electronic payment

Electronic payment is safe, secure, very efficient and the most convenient way to ensure your payment is received on time. It also avoids any postal costs or delays. Paying online is quick and easy and you can choose from a variety of electronic payment methods such as

Going online to pay by:

• Direct Debit
• Debit or Credit card using the BillPay service

Using your bank/building society service to pay by:

• Internet or Telephone banking
• BACS Direct Credit
• CHAPS

Or if you still receive a payslip booklet then you can also pay electronically by:

• bank giro at your own bank/building society branch
• at any participating Post Office

No payment due for a month or quarter?

You don’t need to use a payslip to tell us you have nothing to pay for a month or quarter. Instead you can do this easily and quickly by completing the online nil-payments form.

If you no longer require a Payslip Booklet

If you no longer need a Payslip Booklet and would like us to stop issuing them in the future, please let us know. This will help save paper and is environmentally friendly. You can do this online by selecting your Accounts Office and sending us the completed online paye form. we will then send you a P30B letter each year telling you how to pay.
