Structured email forms

Did you know that over the last two years an increasing range of Structured Email Form (SEFs) facilities have been introduced on our website for employers and their agents offering an alternative to telephone contact.

Set in the context of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and topical guidance, SEFs enable customers to give their details and receive a reply by email, usually on the same day. Early feedback from employers and agents using these facilities has been very favourable. Once they have discovered the SEFs, they use them time and time again.
