2008-09 Payslip Booklets

The 2008-09 Employer Payslip Booklets (P30BC) will be posted by 28 April at the latest, and should be received in time for you to make your first payment for 2008-09. If you have not received your payslip booklet by 9 May please let us know on Tel 08453 667 816 and we will send you a duplicate.

2008-09 Booklet changes

The payslips in the booklet have changed. We have removed the separate ‘Net Income Tax’ and ‘Net National Insurance’ amount boxes. If you pay over the bank or Post Office counter or still post your payment you only need to show your combined Tax and NICs payment in the ‘Amount due’ box. This change makes it quicker to complete the payslip and reduces arithmetical errors.

When we receive your combined payment we calculate the PAYE/NICs split and adjust it when your End of Year Return is processed.

Electronic payment

Electronic payment is safe, secure, very efficient and the most convenient way to ensure your payment is received on time. A payslip booklet is not required if you pay electronically.

No payment due for a month or quarter?

You no longer need a payslip to report you have nothing to pay for a month or quarter. You can now notify us by completing the online form.

If you no longer require a Payslip Booklet

If you no longer need a Payslip Booklet and would like us to stop issuing them in the future, please let us know. You can do this online by visiting Payment of PAYE, selecting your Accounts Office and sending us the completed online form.
