The Data Provisioning Service (DPS) is the system used to send and receive forms and returns online and it is important that you access and action your online notices regularly.

Listening to your views and expectations

Following customer feedback we are consulting with external business representatives from the Employer Consultation Forum to consider how we can improve the service?

Suggested enhancements to the service include:

• a facility to know that an item has been read, and
• information within the e-mail alert to enable you to identify who and what the notification refers to.

We are currently working with our IT service provider to evaluate all the suggestions received, decide what is deliverable, and when. Meanwhile we welcome your feedback about all our online services.
