Revised versions of Public Notices 197, 203A and 204A have been published.
The revised versions come in to effect on 1 January 2012.

HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) are upgrading the EMCS service and
have agreed with traders that the most suitable period to do this is between
31 December 2011 and 2 January 2012.

to include a new section about creating alert messages.
