Titanium Software Limited has developed a simple and easy to use system to submit SDLT documents online. The system performs the online submission of SDLT 1/2/3/4 documents and allows the user to immediately print an SDLT 5 certificate from their own office.

The software we have developed is suitable for the smallest firm to the largest firm. We offer outstanding value. For example, we will supply you with an unlimited submissions package for as little as £100 per month. This means you can submit as many SDLT documents as you require for a flat fee. Also, to cater for the smaller market we offer packages to suit all needs starting from as little as £10 per month.

The system offers computerised versions of the paper SDLT forms so will be instantly familiar to all of our users. We provide a method to allow users to set default values in multiple scenarios. This means that before a user even starts to enter any details a proportion of the form will have been automatically completed. Also, the forms contain vast help information to assist the user on each question, and where possible each answer may be selected by the click of a mouse.

Due to the fact that our system is fully installable on each PC rather than being web-based, we are able to offer a rich user interface which is extremely intuitive and guides the user through the completion of the SDLT form. Our system has been designed to Microsoft standards for ease of use and our installation method allows completion of the forms to take place without the need for an Internet connection. This means that the forms will be saved safely without the risk of any information being lost due to an unreliable Internet connection. Only when the user is ready to submit the SDLT form, will an Internet connection be required and the response time is almost instantaneous. Details of the submission are saved to a secure database and receipts of the form will be saved to the user’s PC and both are available for backup storage.

By choosing to use our case management software alongside our SDLT system, all of your client details will be pre-populated onto the SDLT form meaning virtually no typing to complete the form before submission.
