Stamp Tax Online has developed an easy to use stand-alone system to speed
up the submission of Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) documents. The system performs
the online submission of SDLT 1/2/3/4 documents and allows the user to immediately
print an SDLT 5 certificate from their own office.
The system is unique in its approach and incredibly user friendly:
- As the form is completed the user is prompted as to which questions need
to be answered. Users only complete questions and forms that are relevant
to their specific transaction.
- Answers are validated immediately and amendment advice shown on screen.
Therefore all errors can be removed prior to submission.
- Unlimited form templates may be created. Using a template will create
the document with standard answers pre-populated. An unlimited amount of
templates may be used and could be used for common transaction types; even
for regular clients.
- All forms include interactive help. Simply click on a question and user
guidance on how to complete a specific question will be shown. If the question
is highlighted the user will even be told why the information is required.
This is invaluable for complex cases which include multiple forms.
The software has been developed using Microsoft technology and standards.
Built on a secure SQL Server database the product is robust, reliable, and

on the client’s premises. This database holds all of your SDLT submission
history for future reference and reporting, enabling you to backup your
data.
