Intelliworks case management system

Intelliworks is a fully developed .NET case management system that includes thousands of letters and documents covering all aspects of residential sale, purchase and re-mortgage, as well as other areas of legal work such as Wills and Probate. Intelliworks also incorporates market leading risk management into all workflows; ensuring that, as far as possible, mistakes are eliminated by the standardization of process and systematic checking which is enforced across all our legal applications.

On Line Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) submissions

Intelliworks connects with the HMRC Gateway for electronic submission of SDLT1, 2, 3, 4 and provides for the receipt of SDT5. The advantage of using the Intelliworks case management system and conveyancing workflows, is that all the relevant information on your clients transaction will have already been entered into our database. This therefore eliminates the re-keying of data that using a third party SDLT application may require.

The Intelliworks SDLT module also provides extensive error checking and reporting to ensure that the required information is submitted correctly to the HMRC Gateway. Our server continually monitors the HMRC Gateway to ensure that the submission has been successful; notifying the user of any errors.

All Intelliworks workflows including our electronic SDLT submission are available as an Internet service with low up-front cost and a pay per use pricing model.
