Payroll Support Team (PST) is a dedicated team of HM Revenue & Customs
(HMRC) staff set up to carry out testing and evaluation of payroll software
packages. The team provides a full end to end testing service for payroll
software developers who apply for accreditation of their products against
the HMRC Payroll Standard and HMRC Pensioner Payroll Standard. We are also
responsible for providing and updating a test data service on the Internet
and running a telephone helpline service.
