A new 'CIS Quality Standard and Business Validation Specification'
document has been added to the Technical Pack. This replaces the
Business Validation Rules. The Schemas have been updated to version
1.2.

quality standard for 2006/07 returns and specified date for 2007/08

The Commissioners Directions, relating to mandatory electronic payment
by large employers and electronic filing by employers which set
the quality standard for 2006/07 employers' returns and the date
on which an employer's size will be determined for the purposes
of 2007/08 returns, are now available.
