Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) Online - software and online forms

A range of internet filing enabled software and online forms are available from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and commercial software suppliers, these can be used to file CIS Monthly Tax Return (CIS300) and make verification requests.

HMRC provide a free product, 'Online Tax Return - CIS'. This lets you file Monthly Tax Returns (CIS300) over the internet. HMRC have tested all the features of this service, and will provide support to users through its Online Services Helpdesk. This will be one of the available filing options once you have logged on to Online Services.

HMRC do not carry out any form of security testing of developer products or services and customers are encouraged to ask their suppliers for information about the security aspects of the products and services they provide. Additionally, where a CIS product has also proved successful for online verifications, this is also shown within the product listing.
