There are two parts to this learning.
Each ends with a knowledge test which will check your understanding of the content and help consolidate your learning.
Part 1 - The Legislation
This part explains the conditions that must be satisfied before we can publish information about a person, what we can publish and how long we can publish it for. It should take about 30 minutes to complete.
Part 2 - Processes and Procedures
This part explains in general terms what a compliance caseworker needs to do during the compliance process to tell the person about publication, work out whether the conditions are met and to refer the case to Central Policy - Tax Administration Advice. It should take about 30 minutes to complete.
Everyone must complete Part 1.
If you are involved in compliance checks or you manage compliance caseworkers you must also complete Part 2.
