Welcome to the new penalties for inaccuracies awareness package.

The aim of this e-learning package is to equip staff and managers with a general awareness of:

• the new penalty regime introduced in Schedule 24 to the Finance Act 2007 and
• the extension of that regime to other taxes and duties introduced in Schedule 40 to the Finance Act 2008.

There will be more detailed learning available before 1 April 2010.
