We hope that you have enjoyed this e-learning and that it has helped you begin to understand how the new penalties regime for inaccuracies in documents and returns is intended to operate.
Further and more comprehensive training for frontline staff and managers will take place from January 2010.
Training will be supported by detailed Operational Process Guidance (OPG). Business representatives are actively involved with the development of these products to ensure they meet the needs of their specific business areas. Both the training and OPG will include operational case studies and scenarios.
