Introduction
There are three occasions when you may charge a penalty.
They are:
- failure to provide information or produce documents that have been specified in an information notice
- deliberately obstructing an inspection that has been approved by a Tribunal
- destroying or concealing documents which are, or you have said may be, required in an information notice.
