Welcome to the Compliance checks e-learning module on Penalties under Schedule 36 FA08. This is the last of the modules for new powers.
The aim is to provide knowledge and expertise about the penalties that support the information and inspection powers.
You can work through this module as many times as you wish and at your own pace.
You will find questions and activities in this module. These will check your understanding of its content and help consolidate your learning.
It is estimated that it will take you around 1 hour to complete.
As you work through this learning you should refer to the Compliance Handbook in which you will find the Operational Process Guidance (OPG).
