HMRC has published draft legilslation to be introduced in autumn 2012 to provide VAT relief to a European Research Infrastructure Consortia (ERIC). An accompanying Tax Information and Impact Note is also published.
Comments on the draft legislation should be sent no later than 30 June 2012 to Kshama Purohit.
