The draft Investment Manager (Specified Transactions) Regulations 2009
The draft Investment Manager (Specified Transactions) Regulations 2009, which specify transactions meeting the definition of 'investment transaction' for the purposes of the Investment Manager Exemption, have now been published for consultation.
