VAT relief on freight transport services performed wholly outside the EU

HMRC has published draft legislation to be introduced in autumn 2012 to formalise VAT relief on freight transport services performed wholly outside the EU. An accompanying Tax Information and Impact Note has also been published. Comments on the draft legislation should be sent no later than 31 August 2012 to Peter Bennet.
