Appointing an agent to act on behalf of your organisation

You will need to:

  • login to the Government Gateway using your User ID and Password or Digital Certificate.
  • where appropriate Activate the service by selecting ‘Activate’ link from the ‘Services List’ screen
  • enter your Activation PIN and select ‘Activate service.’
  1. from the ‘Services List’ select ‘Add an Agent.’
