Completing the accounts template – Company Authentication

The Company Authentication process connects with the Companies House website to retrieve the company’s data. You must ensure you are connected to the internet at this point.

Enter company registration number and authentication code to retrieve data from Companies House

To start the process please enter:

  1. Your Company Registration Number prefix
  2. Your Company Registration Number .
  3. You’ll need your Companies House authentication code. (This is a six digit alphanumeric code provided to you by the Companies House WebFiling system). You’ll find more information about the Companies House Authentication code by following the link ‘About Companies House Authentication code’.
