Nil Monthly Return Declaration

After selecting the month you wish to submit a Nil Return for, you will see the ‘Nil Monthly Return – Declaration’ screen.

Nil monthly return

  1. Please make sure that you read and answer all statements. You should complete all fields with a red * asterisk as these are mandatory.

  2. If you select ‘Inactivity Request’, the scheme will be made inactive for six months after the current monthly submission. If your scheme has no outstanding submissions then the request is likely to be accepted. If your scheme is under review and\or has outstanding submissions the request will be rejected. You will be informed in writing of HMRC’s decision.
