You'll be asked a series of questions relating to your:
- business activities
- accounts
- registration details
- personal details
This should take no longer than 30 minutes to complete. Finally, check and submit the online form and you'll receive an acknowledgement that your form has been received. In some boxes you'll need to enter a description in your own words, for example 'Briefly describe your current and/or intended business activities in your own words' and in others you'll have a drop-down menu to make a selection.
