Exports - Submit movement
Before you can complete the movement online you need to enter your User ID and password as a final security check. When you have done this click ‘Submit’ to send your movement details online.
You’ll receive confirmation of receipt but this doesn’t mean that the submission is successful. To check whether your movement was successful go to the ’At a glance page’ to view your messages.
You should keep a copy of the receipt as it shows your submission reference number and Local Reference Number (LRN). The LRN is the unique number you entered on the movement details screen. You may need to quote these reference numbers if you need to contact HMRC in future.
