Cancel a movement - Cancel movement confirmation
Before you can finally submit your cancellation you'll need to complete a final security check.
You’ll be asked to re-enter your User ID and password on the ‘Security check’ page then click the ‘Submit’ button.
You’ll receive confirmation of receipt but this doesn’t mean that the submission is successful. To check whether your movement was successfully cancelled go to the’ At a glance page’ to view your messages.
You should you keep a copy of the receipt as it shows your submission reference number and Administrative Reference Code (ARC). You may need to quote these reference numbers if you need to contact HMRC in future.
