Please note, the demonstrator uses examples from the 2007-08 Self Assessment Tax Return. The layout of the actual form for later years may differ slightly to that shown here.

Employee

You are Matthew Smith, married to Alex and you have two children. You are employed by Diamond Ltd as a Personnel Manager and you use a company car. You have a couple of bank accounts and you make regular payments to a charity.
