Registration for our online services is straightforward and uses safeguards to protect your client's privacy and ensure their details are secure.

Why register for online services?
Depending on the service, you can:
- file forms and returns quickly and securely
- view statutory notices and reminders on behalf of your clients
- receive acknowledgements that your client's information has been received safely
- ensure your clients receive faster repayments if we owe them money
- view your clients' statements and details of liabilities and payments
- set up authorisations for the majority of your clients without the need for submitting paper 64-8s or FBI2s
- submit your clients VAT Returns immediately after enrolment without an Activation PIN
- receive email reminders
What do I have to do?
Before you start, make sure that you have all your relevant references together.
Once you have selected your chosen service from the ‘do it online menu’ in the Practitioner Zone, you will be presented with a welcome screen. First time users should select 'Register'.
You will be asked to select the customer group you belong to followed by the specific services you want to use.
