Declaration
Before your return can be submitted to HMRC you must complete the ‘Declaration’ page.
To declare that the information you have given in the Company Tax Return is correct and complete you must select the check box on the ‘Declaration’ page.
As you’re a tax agent or adviser, who’s submitting the Company Tax Return on behalf of a client, you must get the Director(s) to approve the content of the forms CT600, accounts and computations before you submit them.
