Change client contact details
Authorised agents can use links within the 'At a glance' page to change the name, address and contact details online of any client who has authorised you act for them online.
In addition, you can change your own firm's address and contact details on your own Corporation Tax record.
Changing contact details online is secure and any changes will update HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) computer records and the company’s online record within 48 hours (although this may take slightly longer over a weekend or Bank Holiday).
To change your client's contact details log in and follow the 'Corporation Tax for Agents' link. You'll then be taken to your agent landing page where you can search for your client.
