Remove client

1. If you no longer act for a client, you can remove them from your client list. To do this select 'Remove client'.

Once a client is removed, you won’t have access to any of their data, so it is important to make back-up copies (paper or electronic) of any forms that you’ve already submitted before removing your client from your list.

To complete the process, click the 'Delete' option. It can take up to 30 minutes for the change to happen.
