In Bulletins 4 and 5 HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) advised you of new contact details for CTFO within Waterview Park, Washington.
We also confirmed that the CTF15 would be amended. The updated form, which reflects the change to the CTFO fax number, has been published on the HMRC website on 9 January.
It is important that you use this updated form when sending details of looked after children to CTFO. Please do not use old versions of the form as they detail fax numbers no longer used by CTFO. The only fax number that should be used is 0191 225 1282.
This number feeds through to three machines within the office and you should be able to send faxes without delay.
