The Patent Box Technical Note and Guide to the Finance Bill 2012 clauses was published on 29 March 2012 together with the associated Explanatory Notes and clauses in the Finance Bill 2012. Guidance contained in the Technical Note has been incorporated into the Corporate Intangibles Research & Development manual.
