You can't send any attachments with your email. If you want to send any documents then you need to post them to HMRC along with a letter giving your postal details for the reply. Follow the link below to contact HMRC by post.

your VAT registration number (if registered)
your full name
your full business name
your contact telephone number
your contact email address
