Residence & Domicile (FA 2008) Stakeholder Group

This stakeholder group has been set up to provide a forum in which HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), Her Majesty's Treasury (HMT) and representatives of tax advisers and the accountancy profession, law societies and others, can discuss and review the operation of the new FA 2008 residence and domicile legislation to ensure that it is working as intended by Parliament.
