The Oil and Gas Industry Direct Tax Forum

The Oil and Gas Industry Direct Tax Forum meets quarterly to discuss direct tax operational and policy issues. It is chaired jointly by the Sector Leader, HMRC Large Business Service Oil and Gas (Malcolm Phelps), and the Chairman of the direct tax United Kingdom Oil Industry Taxation Committee (UKOITC), Chris Gautrey, Head of Tax at Conoco Phillips (UK) Ltd.

Meetings are attended by HMRC LBS Oil and Gas personnel, Treasury representatives on Policy matters, and industry representatives from UKOITC and the following other representative bodies:
