As part of our departmental approach to equality assessment of current and new/revised policy and related activity, we are now publishing the EQIA consultation document relating to HMRC internal procedures for resolving issues and dealing with bullying and harassment.

HMRC invite you to take part in the consultation by accessing the document Equality Impact Assessment of HMRC's Resolving Issues Policy (PDF 112K) and submitting your comments and/or feedback as to whether you feel we have identified the issues and recommended the most appropriate actions to take.
